The People Development Intern Role

As a CSR Intern at SESAMm, you will play a crucial role in advancing our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. You will work closely with our HR team and CSR Committee to support the development and execution of our CSR roadmap, contributing to our commitment to creating a positive social and environmental impact. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in CSR strategy development, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Activities

• CSR Strategy Development: Assist in the research and analysis of CSR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to inform the development and refinement of our CSR roadmap.
• Project Support: Collaborate with the CSR Committee and the HR team on the planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR projects and initiatives, including community engagement, environmental sustainability, and social impact programs.
• Data Analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze data related to CSR initiatives, sustainability metrics, and impact measurement, contributing to the assessment of our CSR performance. This includes taking part in ESG due diligence and audits. 
• Communication: Assist in the preparation of CSR reports, presentations, and communications materials for both internal and external audiences, helping to showcase our CSR efforts and progress.
• Carbon footprint: Help co-construct a carbon footprint reduction strategy based on our 2023 results.

About you

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, with a HR/CSR focus

Experience

• A previous internship in a fast-growing company is a plus
