Job Description

Agot is a mid-sized artificial intelligence (AI) startup based in Pittsburgh. We're building a camera AI product that will change the future of work. Agot Retina provides labor support and training, reduces waste, and spellchecks errors in real time.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of a new product and to lead its implementation with a large restaurant chain. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, understanding the customer’s expectations, doing lots of project management activities, and delivering high-quality products accordingly. This position will be expected to operate during Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for one or more products per the company’s overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products or enhance existing ones.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and create detailed product requirements for the development team.
• Build and maintain relationships and coordinate extensively with customers (many stakeholders at each customer) to ensure: (a) that their requirements are met, (b) to provide a smooth implementation experience, and (c) to guarantee customer success.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, challenges, and opportunities in offshore markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
