Job Description

We are looking for a senior engineer to build applications used by healthcare and life sciences researchers. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in building complex, interactive, data-driven applications powered by analytics. Core competencies include problem-solving, communications, follow-through, collaboration, and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or ECE.
• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in product based companies.
• Ability to engineer back-end components that support dense and complex data.
• Strong background in CS fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
• Demonstrable ability to engineer simple, elegant solutions to difficult problems.
• Experience with any of the commercial RDBMS e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication.

Additionally, the following attributes are desirable:

• Experience in developing large-scale applications.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience in cloud technologies viz. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP
• Experience in building healthcare applications.
