ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is remote but applicants must be located in the Morristown NJ or Dallas TX area.

We're seeking a Senior Alliances Solution Marketing Manager to drive joint marketing activities with our strategic technology partners. If you are a forward-thinking, collaborative, passionate marketing innovator committed to making a difference, this role will provide you with the unique opportunity to shape the future of customer experience on a global scale by connecting the world’s largest contact center operations with cutting-edge technology from partners like Microsoft and Google. You won’t be pushing products – you will be pushing the envelope of what’s possible! Your mission will be to:

• Nurture and develop strategic technology partnerships.
• Own our global marketing strategy and messaging for these partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with our services and product management teams to align activities.
• Lead major joint marketing and customer-facing initiatives.
• Create compelling customer-facing and sales and partner enablement content.
• Deliver captivating presentations that motivate targeted audiences to take action.
• Orchestrate the integration of partnered solutions into the customer buyer’s journey.
• Report on activities and results to senior executives and other stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

Required:

• Minimum 5+ years in marketing technology partnerships.
• Mastery in content creation
• Track record in go-to-market plan development
• Demonstrated leadership in tech alliances / partner marketing.
• Experience in successful partnership negotiation
• Proficiency in content creation.
• Expertise in go-to-market strategy creation.
• Competence in competitive market analysis.
• Established network in the tech sector.
• Proven ability to execute joint marketing campaigns.

Preferred:

• Profound understanding of AI tech and its role in customer experience.
• Prior roles that involved forging strategic alliances.
• Experience in coordinating joint marketing ventures.
• Exposure to co-branded content development.
• History of leading joint events or webinars.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for content.
• Prior roles in technology partnering.
• Effective communication of joint value propositions.
• Strategic thinking in marketing collaborations.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or akin.
• MBA is a distinct advantage

COMPENSATION

The pay range for this opportunity is from $132,800 to $179,300 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.

Experience
