The role:

This is an opportunity to come in at the ground level and help deliver products at an early stage at the intersection of agriculture and artificial intelligence. We are working to push the boundaries of what is possible in a rapidly evolving field. There is no roadmap here. You’ll need to identify the opportunities and help deliver the products that transform this space. We’re looking for an experienced technical program manager with demonstrated talent for creativity, and execution. Past experience managing agtech products on equipment is a plus.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage the product development life cycle including planning, tracking, and delivering product releases for agricultural perception systems
  • Collaborate closely across many teams like Product Management, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial
  • Seek out all necessary schedule inputs and formulate development plans - then keep the teams tracking to it, managing any changes to the plan appropriately
  • Drive communication of progress/status within the core team and cross functional teams
  • Propose and drive process and tooling improvements to help run the product development cycle efficiently and effectively

What you should have:

  • BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience managing large, complex technology projects
  • Experience working with hardware products (i.e. sensors, electronics, robotics)
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

It would be great if you also had these:

  • Experience managing end-to-end execution of product development programs
  • Expert at the practical application of program management principles and tools
  • Track record of quickly earning credibility among peers based on knowledge, flexibility and accomplishments
  • Agriculture industry experience

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000 - $212,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
