One such role is a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist. You will play a critical role to implement cutting-edge AI solutions to meet various business demands and challenges. Your expertise should span areas ranging mainly from Natural Language Processing(NLP) and sequence data processing to other related generative AI techniques. Role and Responsibilities

• Design and develop state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms to solve real-world challenges.
• Be involved in the selection, cleaning and preparation of datasets for fine tuning(or from scratch), architecting of model structure, training and testing, optimization and deployment of models with quantified accuracies.
• Conduct experiments and perform rigorous evaluation of AI models to ensure their effectiveness and reliability in real-world applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and industry trends, and proactively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical Gogolookers in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• Proven professional in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in NLP or deep learning related experience, and related Models/Algorithms such as RNN, LSTM, GRU and transformer architectures.
• Strong experience in tuning hyperparameters and deep understanding of how ML/DL models are trained and evaluated.
• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch(or TensorFlow), Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn and Matplotlib or associated Python libraries typically used in model building and visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex, open-ended problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English with the ability to work effectively in an international team environment.
