Job Description

• Have hands-on experience in working with Hadoop distribution platforms like Hortonworks, Cloudera
• Acquire full knowledge of Hadoop architecture
• Storage technologies such as HDFS or Cloud Storage
• Have knowledge of the agile methodology for delivering software solutions
• Have working knowledge of Streaming platforms like Kafka, Spark Streaming
• SQL, relational query and relational databases
• NoSQL and non relational data models such as columnar, document and graph query and datastores
• Workflow and resource management such as Airflow, Oozie, Yarn
• Be an expert in newer concepts like Apache Spark and Scala programming
• Unit, integration, functional and acceptance testing
• Source control management such as git
• Project build tools such as Maven, Gradle or SBT

Role :

• Design and implement solutions for problems arising out of large-scale data processing
• Attend/drive various architectural, design and status calls with multiple stakeholders
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of all tasks being aligned
• Design, build & maintain efficient, reusable & reliable code
• Test implementation, troubleshoot & correct problems
• Debug code and support/maintain the software solution.
• Discover, document, and report bugs and performance issues
• Capable of working as an individual contributor and within team too
• Ensure high quality software development with complete documentation and traceability
• Fulfill organizational responsibilities (sharing knowledge & experience with other teams/ groups)
• Conduct technical training(s)/session(s), write whitepapers/case studies/blogs etc.

Education/Qualification :BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Com

Years Of Exp : 6 to 10 years
