Job Description

Reporting to the Overseas Operations – Systems & MI Manager, our Junior Overseas Operations Analyst will Take Responsibility for gathering Management Information (MI) requirements and creating/developing MI solutions with a focus on MI Visualisations. The role will include maintaining current Management Information, Data Analysis, and data process improvements.

What will you be doing?

• Development and creation of Management Information Visualisations (mainly using Tableau Software)
• Requirements gathering – both individual end users and workshop focused
• Producing and deployment of accurate and timely information reports
• Develop and maintain end-user procedures, guidelines, and documentation

What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?

We are looking for a data-oriented person who has great attention to detail and a drive to provide exceptional service levels. You will also have: -

• Experience of working with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Experience of creating and maintaining data models to ensure accurate capture of data which can then be used for MI Visualisations and process improvements
