Job Summary: 

As a Staff ML OPs Engineer at NAX Group, you'll join our growing engineering team and reinforce our AI/ML services. You are experienced in ML OPs Infrastructure, software development lifecycle process, computer science fundamentals, operating systems, and computer networking and are proficient in one or more programming languages. You'll partner with Platform Infrastructure teams to help them build and operate reliable and scalable ML Ops Systems & Pipelines.

What you get to do:

• Actively design, plan, and implement changes and advancements to our ML automation and infrastructure. 
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists and ML Engineers to understand the various use cases and support pipelines and processes to improve teams’ productivity. 
• Bring deep expertise in cloud architecture / DevOps to analyze and recommend enterprise-grade solutions for operationalizing Machine Learning analytics 
• Build, test, and document self-service tools enabling them to accelerate their work with advanced ML infrastructure. 
• Set standards on how to run a variety of workflows for machine learning and accelerated computing on the cloud and provide input on best practices for data. 
•  Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning models and data pipelines. 
• Lead and orchestrate the enforcement of data governance and management strategy across Inari’s Cloud Data Platform. 
• Create and operate pipelines for batch computation and inference of production models.
• Develop robust integrations with strategic third-party tools, platforms and models.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for analytics, model evaluation and training (includes versioning, compliance, and validation).

 What you bring to the team:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience building and auto-scaling ML Ops systems in a production environment 
• 5+ years of experience in at least one ML lifecycle management (e.g. MLflow) and workflow automation (e.g., Kubeflow, Airflow). 
• 5+ years experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and various strategies for deploying clusters through automation. 
• 5+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure) in general and ML platforms in particular (SageMaker, AzureML, VertexAI). 
• 4+ years of extensive experience with automation tools including Terraform, ARM templates, or similar IaC tooling. 
• 4+ years building out CI / CD pipelines in Gitlab, Circle CI , Github or similar technologies. 
• Proficient in Python and familiar with its data-centric libraries. 
• Experience working and supporting data platforms such as Databricks, EMR, or similar platforms. 
• 4+ years’ experience mentoring senior and junior level engineering associates on best practices related to software engineering principles and technologies.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and security.
