YOUR ROLE

You build together with us a best-in-class finance engine across multiple entities and jurisdictions. This position is ideal if you are looking for a high-intensity environment with outsized exposure to top management. You will be working on high-impact initiatives with various members of Razor Management across Commercial, Growth and Operations, and reporting directly into our VP Finance.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Serving as the key intermediary between our Tech and Finance teams, with a focus on ensuring quality of reporting data and coordinating development projects in our Data Warehouse / Tableau dashboards
• Gather commercial and financial data to build key Operational decision-making models 
• Master and own key Razor datasets (e.g. Amazon data, Inventory data) to support other Finance teams and Management in various financial analysis or revenue generating / cost saving opportunities
• Understand Razor’s tech stack (Tableau, Oracle Netsuite, Hubspot, Web Scraper, etc.) to help various Finance teams with automation and operations streamlining in coordination with our Tech team – product management
• Report on key development projects within Finance leadership and / or C-level management meetings to create alignment with other teams and facilitate execution

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role you:

• Have 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis and work every day with SQL, Excel, Tableau (and equivalents).
• Enjoy project management, collaborating with Tech and Finance teams and translating business needs into tech products
• Are an owner: you manage end-to-end solutions and prioritize accordingly.
• Communicate efficiently: ensure transparency over your projects and report results in an effective way.
• Deliver on time: you appreciate efficiency and know when it is time to sprint to the finish line.
• Strong financial knowledge, advanced understanding of P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow mechanics
• Thrive in extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial environments, enjoy working independently and have the willingness to learn in challenging / fast paced environments
• Have strong analytical skills and an attention to detail, as well as a hands-on mentality
• Are business fluent in English, German is a plus
