The business intelligence team plays a leading role in solving our most challenging problems and guiding the decisions that we take around product, marketing and operations. Information is only valuable when transformed into actionable insights, and it is through experimentation, high-tempo testing, rigorous measurement, and correct communication, that our teams achieve our audacious goal to establish Rappi as the super-app in LatAm.

  • Industrial engineers, Business Administrators, Marketing or publicity, minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, market research, marketing or analytics areas
  • Experience in Retail or Start Ups or Telecom Companies
  • Strong teamwork and client service orientation
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner
  • Use the analytic and consulting skills to assess and make recommendations that will optimize the performance of our client's brands.
  • Passion for data, analytics, and problem solving
  • Experience managing FMCG brands data
  • Understanding of business drivers and client’s KPI’s
  • Capacity to take decisions based on data
  • Ability to build presentations with storytelling and delivering actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Responsabilities

  • Work closely with commercial and product teams and clients to bring relevance to data as main factor to take decisions
  • Work with product management teams to process client’s requests and help translate this feedback into product requirements
  • Champion a practice of data informed decision - making, hypothesis - driven experimentation
  • Analyze data, test hypotheses, find root causes, develop prototypes, forecast performance and extract insights from all these activities to support business decisions
  • Use analytic skills to assess and make recommendations that will optimize the performance of our client's brands.
  • Identify insights and develop strategies

Plus

    • Experience working with product and tech teams, ideally building analytics products.
    • Knowledge in SQL
    • Experience building dashboards in Data Studio or Power BI
