The Role:

TrueAccord is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join its growing AI & Data Science team. You will join a multi-functional team of data scientists and engineers dedicated to creating a data driven culture, improving the efficiency and dependability of the way we make decisions.

In this role, you will build and productionalize models used in our core product. You will own and develop the core machine learning infrastructure and will help to improve the model development lifecycle. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers and product team partners to deploy machine learning-based projects destined to have the highest impact on external and internal customer experience.

We’re looking for a driven, self-sufficient engineer with strong programming skills, who thrives in a collaborative environment. You should have an excellent grasp on core machine learning techniques and a product focused mindset. You should be passionate about efficient and scalable coding principles and determined to have a huge impact at TrueAccord.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and productionalize machine learning algorithms
• Lead adoption and integration of new technologies to improve our machine learning development and production pipelines
• Design and develop frameworks to easily assemble training workflows and data pipelines for machine learning
• Collaborate with data scientists to improve tools for visualization and debugging of models and features

You have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in applied data science or engineering with focus on machine learning
• Python expertise with deep knowledge of machine learning libraries, tools, techniques, and frameworks (e.g. pandas, sklearn, xgboost, Tensorflow, Keras, PMML etc.)
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 
• Ability to lead architectural discussions, drive technical decision making and implement day-to-day changes

Nice to have:

• Strong cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical partners
• Experience working with the AWS ecosystem
• Solid understanding of experiment design
• FinTech background
