EquipmentShare is searching for a Business Intelligence Developer - People Analytics for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, (or remote) to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as a People Analytics dashboard master creator providing guidance on dashboard implementation best practices, including data visualizations, standard metrics, as well as dashboard security and access management
• Work closely with People Analytics and Business Analytics leadership as well as other stakeholders to create key people-related dashboards
• Weave together disparate data, derive insights, and build a compelling story to drive action
• Convert business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion
• Create, test, and deploy People Analytics dashboards
• Continuously monitor, improve, and proactively identify potential issue to improve the People Analytics dashboard suite

Skills & Qualifications 

• At least 3 years of experience designing dashboards in business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)
• At least 2 years of experience creating dashboards in the Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition space
• At least 2 years experience programming in SQL
• Experience with Looker and LookML preferred
• Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities 
• Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
