Sr Manager - Customer Engagement Analytics (Remote)

Use big data and advanced analytics to drive customer engagement. Role entails customer and channel diagnostics, predictive modeling, test design towards iterative learning, and partnering cross functionally to implement the design.

Customer Engagement Analytics:

  • Use big data and advanced analytical techniques to optimize customer engagement and lifetime value
  • Use customer level 1:1 analysis/modeling for targeting initiatives
  • Mine visitor and engagement data to drive actionable insights, build predictive models as well as help inform forward looking strategies.
  • Play the lead role in consolidating learnings towards personalization initiatives that help make data based targeting more powerful over time
  • Ensures relevant analytics assets and tests are documented and that any insights are captured
  • Partner with analytics stakeholders to understand needs and design the data roadmap
  • Strategizes on ways to enrich customer data for best in class customer experience and service through analytics
  • For customer data, identify the right metrics, and partners across team to set standard definitions and views to ensure governance, accessibility, usability, and quality

Team and Partner Management:

  • Manages and influences direct reports. Provide leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise.
  • Create and promote an effective and inclusive work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications
  • Develop team through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans
  • Manage cross functional partnerships

REQUIRED

  • 6+ years of relevant data analytics, digital analytics, customer analytics or related experience
  • Strong analytical/conceptual thinking acumen to solve unstructured and complex business problems and articulate key findings to senior leaders/stakeholders to influence business decision making
  • Strong understanding of the digital eco-system as it relates to digital analytics, related tools & technology (ie. Clickstream logs, Data management platforms, Real time recommender systems)
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Quantitative undergraduate degree and/or masters preferred
  • Working knowledge of predictive modeling algorithms including machine learning preferred
  • Working knowledge of Python / SQL strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead people at various levels, execute a strategy through a team, and work with cross functional teams
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
