Responsibilities
We are seeking a Tech Advisor to join our Advanced Analytics and AI team. As a Tech Advisor, you will play a critical role in our organization, requiring a unique combination of leadership, subject matter expertise in Advanced Analytics, business development, organizational strategy, and project management.
In this challenging and multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for a range of key activities including:
Leadership: Lead and mentor a group of talented consultants with varying levels of experience and background; build capacity of staff to advance the business, analytic capabilities, and partnerships in a way that aligns to the firm’s strategic plan; and participate in corporate initiatives as needed/requested.
Develop product strategy vision and roadmaps, and prioritize feature development based on customer demands.
Generate buy-in for product vision with both senior leadership and customer stakeholders.
Technical: Deep experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., modeling and simulation, data science, predictive analytics, algorithmic development, coding languages), data and analytic tools and enablers across spanning data collection through analytic output, and possessing an experimental mindset for approaching problems.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, full-stack engineers, developers, and program management to enable service offerings and capabilities
Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget, while establishing project efficiencies and managing key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, to include advising on the appropriate mix of capabilities, solutions/tools, and approaches to address client requirements.
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues, and work with product operations administrators to meet programmatic, financial, and technical goals
Business Development: The Tech Advisor will play a critical role in helping to shape and pursue new work. The Tech Advisory will be required to help bridge the gap between strategy and analytics by having a detailed and current knowledge of the analytics market place to include competency in recommending the right mix of tools (proven and emerging) and capabilities to address a range of client analytic needs.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise user stories that lead to product specifications and architecture for applications
Work with business development, markets, and service lines to develop go-to-market strategies
Administration: Comply with all administrative corporate reporting and compliance requirements.
