The Role 

We're seeking a Content Strategy Manager with a strong understanding of AI-driven content creation, SEO, and a passion for the web development space. You'll play a crucial role in creating, executing, and managing a comprehensive content strategy that not only drives user acquisition but also positions us as trusted experts and growth partners for our target audience of tech leads and senior web developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a blog and video content strategy navigating Prismic's goals, product value, and audience needs.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, SEO optimization, and data analysis.
• Conduct audience research, analyze high-ranking content, and devise strategies to outrank competitors.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4 people, encouraging exploration of new technologies and tools.
• Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using data-driven insights.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements.

Are you the one? 

• Proven experience in content strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in managing Content/Marketing team members.
• Understanding of AI algorithms and applications in content strategy and SEO.
• Proficiency in AI tools, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for a technical audience.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and ability to align content with business objectives.
• Strong research skills and ability to create content targeting a technical audience of tech leads and senior web developers.
