We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about creating products with a profound impact. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive troubleshooting for the entire VOLT AI platform, covering network, hardware, software, and electrical components issues.
• Offer expert guidance on design, installation, and configuration best practices for enterprise clients.
• Effectively convey technical information to customers through verbal and written communication.
• Take ownership of customer problems from start to finish, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to conduct testing of new products and identify any glitches.
• Setup and manage hardware inventory through AWS tools.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest products and technological advancements in the industry.
• Develop scalable processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS core services, Docker, Kubernetes and Linux based operating systems
• Thorough knowledge of essential network concepts such as VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, firewalls, Ethernet/Cabling, PoE, and software systems, including HTTP/HTTPS and TLS.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, Linux, APIs, and coding languages like Python is advantageous.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts through written and verbal means.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and the capability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college in a relevant technical discipline such as Networking, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• At least five years of professional experience in a technical or IT position is requred.
