Responsibilities

Utilization of Big Data & Data Analytics to optimize factory wide capacity models

• Enable the IE teams to partner with factory automation teams using different protocols besides SECS/GEM to gather data from the fault detection and classification systems & data servers
• Utilize data being gathered by the recently deployed digital twins to enhance capacity modeling granularity by part, equipment, process layer
• Utilize software like Python & SQL to enhance the data collection & analysis methodology for UPH validation
• Detect anomalies in wafer & die based equipment throughput and how manufacturing is allocating the product to optimize capacity through linear programming
• Benefits will result in proactively identifying bottlenecks in the line, reduced capex investment and reduction of manufacturing costs

Use of data analytics to predict manufacturing costs

• Use of machine learning to detect opportunities to reduce cost by identifying outliers, white space analysis and out of spec events

Development of a manufacturing efficiency command center that can detect real time drains in OEE at key bottleneck areas to minimize impact

Skills/Education

• Pursuing Master of Science (Industrial and Systems Engineering) (MSc ISE)
