Got It is a growing venture backed startup developing an on demand platform for knowledge sharing. Got It enables anyone to get instant, interactive expert help on their knowledge related problem, anytime. In our STEM education on-demand service, we have an extremely well defined product market fit. The Got It PhotoStudy mobile app has been one of the most featured apps in the Apple Education App Store, and is currently used by hundreds of universities. Got It is looking for a talented growth oriented Product Manager to join our small team of ex Googler, Lyft, GREE, Apple, Oracle, etc. employees to help turn our vision to reality. This position has the opportunity to grow into a General Manager role, and avail of our generous equity packages.

The Core Job:

• As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for growing users and adoption on our PhotoStudy app through organic initiatives, as well as supporting partnerships. You’ll do things like:

• Defining and crafting the user experience from landing to live session

• Owning and driving roadmap of product enhancements within the platform ecosystem
• Leading ideation, validation, and launch of growth experiments and initiatives on social and community channels
• Working with design and engineering teams to build product features
• Defining and analyzing KPIs to measure the success of growth initiatives and along with advocating for areas of future investment
• Translating growth initiatives into financial P&L forecasting and performance tracking

You Should Have:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in product management for innovative, end user-facing products that are simple to use yet powered by sophisticated technology
• Proven growth experience driving user acquisition and engagement ideally in a consumer product
• Deep familiarity with user behavior and growth features on a variety of social platforms
• An analytical and metrics driven work style with an ability to work well with designers, engineers, and data scientists
• Self­ motivated, detail oriented, responsible and timely team­ player attitude with outstanding written, verbal, presentation and collaboration skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Design or other applicable field
