We are currently looking for experienced planning engineers to join our Mountain View office to develop algorithms and pipelines for DiDi’s autonomous driving projects. This position involves researching, development & engineering of the state-of-the-art behavioral reasoning, decision making & motion planning algorithms on self-driving vehicles. These algorithms will be applied on our autonomous vehicles, and further deployed in DiDi’s ride sharing network.

The expected salary range is $129,189 to $355,680+ bonus + equity + benefits. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, training, and skill level, so may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting. This job may be also eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and equities.

Didi autonomous driving is innovating the way we build our self-driving cars. We leverage our ride-sharing network to collect large amounts of data, and improve our algorithms with the data. In this role, you will design, train and deploy ML models. It covers different algorithms across the whole stack.
