ACDS is working with our company partner, Data Driven Partners to add a Data Analyst Intern to their team!

Our ACDS Internship Program is a three-month program that places selected candidates with employers across Arkansas in IT positions to gain experience under the guidance of a professional mentor/IT support team. Internships are designed as an on-ramp to kick off an IT support career and can roll into full-time positions based on employer demand.

About our Company Partner: Data Driven Partners is a software technology company based in central Arkansas. They focus on problem solving through innovation and are Woman and Veteran owned. They are a fun-loving data team who are serious about data and expect excellence! Data Driven Partners developed a one-of-a-kind relationship-based prospecting tool called Lending Leads for commercial and residential lenders, compliance staff and financial institution leaders.

With Lending Leads, clients get the complete picture of lending in their community. The data is actionable and is presented in an easy-to-use, cloud-based platform. This allows clients and their teams to develop proactive plans for strategic client acquisition and other banking relationships.

What You'll Do...

• Analyze! You’ll work both independently and collaboratively with a wide range of technologies like Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or Tableau.
• QC data in excel, attention to detail is a must!
• Communicate professionally with technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Develop dashboards, analyses, and reports at an enterprise level
• Learn specific business logic and absorb industry knowledge

Our Must Haves...

• Strong Excel skills
• Previous experience in banking/lending a huge plus!
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
• Familiarity with Database concepts, methodologies, and architectures
• Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SQL Server/SSAS/SSIS or equivalent) a strong plus
• Experience working with various data sources and datasets
• Must be able to understand and analyze large datasets
• Ability to clean datasets efficiently, making corrections as needed
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
• Current Arkansas state resident
• High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies as well as growing or starting your IT career
• Exhibited technical aptitude through projects, experience, or online learning and ability to communicate what you know
• Ability to pass a standard background check

Details

• Pay: $15/hour
• Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Length of Internship: 3 months
• Location: Fully Remote

$15 - $15 an hour

How does the interview process work? ACDS will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. ACDS will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate’s skills and interests. Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
