Job Description

Yieldmo, Inc. has an opening for a Senior Exchange Analyst in New York, NY.

The position duties are as follows: Play a key role in developing and operationalizing the monitoring, alerting, analysis, and reporting of Yieldmo’s 500BN+ impression per month programmatic ad exchange. Utilize the company’s data to develop key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations on exchange performance. Create best practices and contribute to the creation and automation of insights, dashboards, and tools to improve KPIs and drive revenue for the company. Day-to-day job duties include:

• Contributing to Yieldmo’s overall monitoring, alerting, reporting, and analytics strategy;
• Developing dashboards and tools to assist in monitoring daily trends and fluctuations in business intelligence data;
• Monitoring marketplace health (win rates, bid rate, fill rate, QPS, etc.) and trends while working closely with product/engineering on implementing new business intelligence solutions;
• Synthesizing relevant data and providing analytical and decision-making support for key company initiatives;
• Working closely with our Supply and Demand teams to identify marketplace trends and opportunities with strategy implications;
• Automating ad hoc processes into business user-friendly reports for review by key stakeholders; and
• Exposing insights through self-directed investigation and analysis.

The position requires: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, analytics, or a related quantitative field or foreign equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in yield management, analytics, or business intelligence. Experience must include:

• 2 years working with SQL;
• 2 years analyzing and synthesizing large data sets;
• 2 years working with Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools;
• 2 years working with Python programming language;
• 2 years performing analysis and making recommendations to directly impact revenue; and
• 2 years forecasting and modeling.

Role permits full time telecommuting. Base salary range is: $140,000 - $160,000
