WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Use data and analytical/statistical methods to provide deeper insights into business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with a diverse array of stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, etc.) to assess and influence strategic roadmaps to address opportunities and risks.
- Understand, monitor, and communicate key trends in overall business performance to leadership diving deep to understand changes when needed.
- Shape the creation, standardization, and utilization of business metrics.
- Work with the Data team to ensure that the right data is generated and collected.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience with using a CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce) and experience in B2B SaaS
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in analytics, operations, and/or consulting
- Proficiency with SQL and analyzing large datasets
- Comfortable using business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proactive, collaborative, and demonstrated success working across teams and functions
- Excellent communication skills
