WHAT YOU WILL DO

In this role, you will be one of the founding team members, reporting to the Co-founder/CEO. You will be responsible for owning the product UI/UX and will be hands-on in the beginning but we see the potential for you to grow and lead a design team as the company scales. This position is a hands-on role, and you will

• Work with customers, product owners and engineers to understand the customer's needs and deliver exceptionally designed experiences.
• Bring strong, user-centered design skills and business knowledge to translate conceptual ideas into exceptional design solutions at scale.
• Lead user studies and come up with new ideas to improve the design experiences.
• Craft design artifacts like scenarios, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, prototypes, and videos to test, evangelize and deliver your ideas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of industry experience in design with a proven track record and portfolio to wow us.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage successfully with customers/users and other team members.
• Experience with a broad range of design techniques and methodology.
• Proficient with all of the modern design tools and toys.
• At least a bachelors in HCI, Design, Architecture or related field, or comparable work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experiences with Enterprise Software product design or AI/ML software product design is a PLUS
• Experiences with designing first of its kind products with proven success
• Master Degree in HCI, Design, Architecture or related field, or comparable work experience
