Meet the team:
The Software Development Tools team is responsible for the tools and workflows that Latitude’s world-class software engineers use on a regular basis. We build innovative tools and workflows that make it easier for developers to build great software, covering diverse areas such as debugging, profiling, code editing, and static analysis. If you love diving into new areas of a tech stack and making a difference, this is the place for you!
As a member of the team, you will work closely with other engineers to understand their workflows, and help identify rough spots in the software development process. You’ll help design, implement, and maintain high impact tools that deliver incredible value to your fellow developers throughout the company. You’ll help develop and implement lightweight processes that promote code quality high while letting developers move fast. You will need creativity, initiative, attention to detail, and a deep desire to dive in and make things better for your fellow engineers.
