What you get to do: 

• Apply your expertise in data wrangling, quantitative analysis, and data storytelling to help leadership and stakeholders see beyond the numbers.
• Build predictive models and develop numerous ad hoc analytics solutions in a Snowflake environment.
• Use a variety of analytical techniques, ranging from exploratory data analytics and A/B testing to statistical modeling, and data science methods to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to statistical innovation and process improvement to increase efficiencies and reduce potential errors.
• Maintain proactive and effective interaction with partners within marketing and across the entire organization to pursue opportunities for increased value.

What you will bring to the team:

• Ability to independently perform analysis, test and model results, and translate technical solutions into actionable recommendations to business problems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, engineering or related STEM field.
• 2-4 years of programming experience (proficient in core Python with knowledge of Python packages for digital marketing; data mining, processing and transformation using Python)
• Sound knowledge of frameworks like Django, Flask, and caching techniques (using Redis, etc) and big data technologies like Spark, Kafka, etc a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake and visualization tools like Tableau
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum environment, test-driven development and debugging / unit testing

Job Level: Analyst

The minimum salary for this role is $75,000. The total compensation package includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses as well as a 1-time equity grant based on level.

The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
