The position
You will be part of an IT team investigating, solving, and utilizing data potential and possibilities across the business, always in close collaboration with the scientists and other users. You will be responsible for creating a strong data backbone by developing and expanding our data infrastructure to enable our research departments to make real time data driven decisions.

We imagine you have a background in Software Development or other relevant field, as this position requires great technical and developer skills, and you have +5 years of experience working with data engineering.

About the department
You will be a part of CMC Development (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control) which is the organisation that ties research and manufacturing together. The position is anchored within CMC Digitalisation, whose key mission is to execute strategic initiatives across CMC Development in the areas of Data Engineering, Demand & Supply, Business Intelligence, Digital training, IT Security, and IT Strategy in partnership with the business. We make data available and transform it into business insight and make recommendations to optimize our deliveries of medicine for clinical trials to thousands of patients across the globe.
You will join a diverse and international department consisting of 30 colleagues with different backgrounds and expertise areas. Our daily work language is English.
