Job Description

FullStack is seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing natural language generation models using OpenAI's GPT-3 architecture or similar prompt-based AI tools for a variety of applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software engineers, and product managers, to understand our clients' business requirements and create AI-powered solutions that generate high-quality, coherent, and contextually relevant text prompts for different use cases. This role is 100% remote.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Model Development: Developing and optimizing natural language generation models and image generators using OpenAI's GPT-3.5 architecture, Midjourney, or similar LLMs and image AI tools to generate text and images based on specified criteria, such as tone, style, and content.
• Data Collection and Preprocessing: Collecting and preprocessing large datasets of text and images to train and fine-tune language models and image generators, ensuring data quality and integrity while adhering to client-specific requirements.
• Model Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluating and analyzing model performance using appropriate metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing models for better performance, including addressing biases and ethical considerations, based on our clients' staffing requirements.
• Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project goals, and deliver AI-powered solutions
• Research and Innovation: Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) research, exploring new techniques, and applying innovative approaches to enhance model performance and capabilities to support our clients' staffing services.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the implementation of text and image AI models to analyze collected data.
• Experience in prompt creation and testing.
• 2+ years of experience with analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line interfaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
