This is a 8-week paid learning experience with a team that provides the critical resources and support needed to accelerate T-Mobile’s growth. We are looking to fill positions with dedicated students in areas such as, Marketing, T-Mobile for Business, Corporate Strategy, Technology, and Finance.

Responsibilities:

Working as an Intern at T-Mobile means everything from extracting and analyzing data, building and testing different models and signals, understanding end user needs and goals, learning about the useful technical capabilities and outcomes, and building enterprise strategies.

You’ll contribute your creativity and phenomenal ideas, working alongside innovative colleagues and mentors who will push you to be your very best. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

T-Advertising Solutions is a division within Corporate Strategy passionate about solving some of the biggest problems in the advertising industry. We’re standing up for consumers and advertisers to demand more from our industry –more transparency, more relevancy, more engagement.

Our Magenta Advertising Platform uses mobile-centric insights to target and reach the right audiences, while measuring lift and impact. Join us on our mission to deliver an innovative, new approach to digital marketing. Looking to increase predictive AI modeling to target the right customer.

• Extract, prepare and model large, sophisticated data sets using a combination of skills, predictive modeling using AI, machine learning theory, mathematics, statistics, and programming.
• Define problems in mathematical terms for Predictive Targeting.
• Communicate important information and insights to business leaders using verbal, written, and data visualization skills.
• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Role Requirements

• You’re currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from an undergraduate/graduate/doctorate degree program.
• You’re a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
• Things change and move pretty fast on our teams and your ability to quickly adapt, change direction, and think on your feet without missing a beat is essential.

Our Internship Program takes place over the summer running 8 weeks from May to September. Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pre-employment background screen
• Currently enrolled in a college or university or post-graduation of 12 months
• New York Pay Range: $20 – $40 per hour
• The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range
