As an Associate Director, Business Intelligence you will lead our centralized Looker developer team and be responsible for defining and executing on our Business Intelligence roadmap. You and the Looker team will partner with data analysts and data scientists to expand our Looker platform, empowering the business to derive actionable insights from our data.
We are looking for a leader to join our data team that will passionately advocate for the business strategy that they believe will benefit the company, while being the first to admit when they are wrong. We are a group of data enthusiasts that are passionate about Oscar's core mission to make a healthier life accessible and affordable for all.
You will report into a Senior Director of Data Science. This is a hybrid role. You will work part of the time in the New York City office and part of the time work-from-home/remote.
The base pay for this role is $152,000 - $199,500 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Oscar will not sponsor applicants for this role.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
