We are seeking a motivated, experienced intern on our Embedded Artificial Intelligence Team to provide support in our Dallas location, the development hub for our world leading and proprietary line of energy efficient AI accelerators. The Dallas location is home to the leaders of the hardware, software and business teams for this product line and provides a unique opportunity to experience all aspects of this exciting and new technology. The intern will support model training, application development, and customer support for this product line, and be a full member of the AI team.

Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to:

  • Participate in customer calls to understand real-world requirements
  • Develop, train and evaluate the quality of new and existing AI models
  • Implement and test these models on ADI’s custom hardware
  • Develop a demo application that incorporates the AI model as a core and interacts with the physical world

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS or related field
  • Course work in deep learning/machine learning
  • Familiarity with embedded microcontroller programming

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in EE, CS or related field
  • Experience with embedded C code on ARM-Cortex M and/or RISC-V microcontrollers
