The role
We're looking for a Senior BI Developer who is passionate about self-service analytics, data visualisation, and business intelligence.
If you're experienced with leading development and consulting with business users to deliver BI solutions, then you're the one we are looking for. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for promoting BI best practice and evangelising data-driven decision-making throughout the bank. Collaborating with teams across the bank, you'll develop and implement innovative BI solutions that empower our business to make smarter decisions faster. We're not just looking for someone who can create stunning reports, but also someone who can understand complex business needs and deliver the insights we need to move forward. You'll work with our data teams, advise on designs, and use your expertise to deliver high-quality dashboards and reports that make a real difference. You'll also be responsible for promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making that supports our business goals and drives us towards even greater success. You'd join our data platform squad as an immediate contributor. On day one, expect to get stuck in and make contributions to our BI solutions. In month one, expect to be designing and deploying dashboards and reports that will be used throughout the bank.

It’s a new team which is driving the OakNorth Bank data strategy and has many opportunities for exciting, greenfield projects.
