Job Description

• Implement, evaluate and maintain Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms in collaboration with the Research Team.
• Design and implement multi-threaded Object Oriented Software in C++ for real-time embedded Linux devices.
• Review code of peers for adherence to coding standards and design guidelines.
• Write documentation and present results of experiments and evaluations to engineering teams.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Ability to write production quality code in C++ (2+ years of experience with C++).
• Experience with embedded Linux systems, multi-threaded and multi-process software, CMake, Docker, and Python.
• Knowledge of Object Oriented design, software design pattern, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in developing test harnesses for unit and regression testing.
• Dependable written and oral communication skills (English).

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with OpenCV and Common Python Libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, pandas etc.)
• Familiarity with basic linear algebra and mathematical statistics.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of image and video processing; object detection, classification and tracking.
