Job Description

We are seeking a motivated student to join our team as a Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models summer intern. This role is research oriented. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience with natural language processing and large language models. The intern will be responsible for assisting in the development and improvement of our language models, as well as exploring new techniques and approaches to improve the accuracy and performance of our models.

Responsibilities and opportunities to learn:

• Assist in the development and improvement of our natural language processing and large language models
• Conduct research on new techniques and approaches to improve the accuracy and performance of language models
• Implement, test, and evaluate the performance of new models and algorithms
• Publish and present results in relevant computer science conferences or journals

Prefer candidates with multiples of the following qualifications:

• Must be able to physically work in US
• Currently pursuing a degree (MS+, PhD preferred) in computer science, computational linguistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and large language models
• Publication in relevant field is preferred
• Experience with programming languages such as Python
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly intern pay range: $18 to $59, depending on degree-seeking academic program (PhD, Master’s, Bachelor’s, etc.), years of relevant experience, year in school, internship location, credentials, qualifications, geographic location and other job-related factors.

Housing allowance and relocation benefit might be provided to intern candidates who meet the qualifications. Additional details on the compensation package will be provided to candidates during the interview process
