Zebra is looking for a skilled Robotic Process Automation developer experienced in UiPath to join our growing Digital Automation and Innovation team to work on exciting and challenging end-to-end process automation projects, (like our new chatbot) and to explore technologies like metaverse and crypto.

Bring your insights to develop our products and technologies forward. This role is focused primarily on coding, the architecture is laid out and minimal architectural work will be required.

The role is based in Brno, Czechia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead as developer within the Digital Automation team and cooperate with teams around the globe to work on our solutions
• Drive execution using Agile / Scrum methodologies, DevSecOps principles and participate in the Scrum ceremonies
• Design new automation solutions using UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate and more
• Become the mentor and coach for junior developers as we progress
• Assist in production deployments and troubleshoot production issues
• Prepare shared deliverables to be completed in a timely manner
• Prepare the RPA documentation and develop documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields
• 3+ years of RPA development experience using UiPath OR BluePrism OR Automation Anywhere
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum and/ or DevSecOps environments
• Experience with writing scripts (basic level is required), ideally Python
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Solve problems using creative thinking and knowledge base
• Analyze complex issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Have a learner mindset – master new technologies for existing and upcoming projects

You can pick up and/ or improve in following:

• JavaScript, Python, Node.js, C# and/or .NET
• Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate development experience
• Experience with Microsoft Form Recognizer
• Knowledge and understanding of business and architectural/technical processes related to Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Siebel, and Salesforce
• Proficiency with enterprise-level data management technologies including RDBMS, NoSQL, data warehousing, ETL
• Experience with enterprise reporting platforms such as Power BI
