The AI Technology team (70 people) is developing 2 AI platforms relying on Azure and AWS to address external and internal needs.

We are looking for a skilled System Test Engineer / AI Quality Officer to manage the definition of the testing strategy and processes in collaboration with several feature teams in an Agile environment.

You will work closely with product management, product engineering teams and end users to define the best-in-class testing standards for our AI platforms and the AI solutions built on top of them.

Your responsabilities :

• Install a culture of testing excellence from unit testing up to full system integration
• Develop and oversee the execution of the system and software verification and validation plans
• Encourage a “shift left” to improve the early detection of defects
• Promote the utilization of automation tools in collaboration with the DevOps teams
• Ensure the appropriate testing coverage, the management of the testing reports, the remediation and mitigation plans
• Accountable to keep testing documentations and artifacts accurate and versioned
• Participate to high quality, timely delivery of platform in line with delivery commitments
• Work closely with the engineers in charge of testing within an Agile/Scrum environment to make sure tests are addressed and anticipated
• Engage yourself in testing and troubleshooting when necessary
• Continuously evaluate relevant technologies, influence architecture and design discussions
• Report on the status of risks, quality, operations, and system performance to management

Your profile : 

• Master or equivalent diploma in Computer Sciences with 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering including Testing / QA
• Good working knowledge of DevOps processes at scale and experience of production systems in public cloud and data environments : Azure, AWS, Databricks
• Experience in deploying a testing strategy up to deploying automation tools will be appreciated
• Experience with Containerization (AKS, EKS)
• Experience with observability services
• A first exposure to AI and Machine Learning technologies, SAFe and Edge Computing would be an asset.
• Adept at experimenting with new technologies, quick prototyping, and ability to define overall approach to drive project delivery
• Good Analytical skills
• Strong verbal & written communication: should be able to articulate concisely & clearly
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to project manage transversal resources
• Ability to troubleshoot and think out of the box
• High-level technical writing skills
• Fluent english
