Job Description

We are looking for several interns to join Trepp’s Product team to help enhance our market leading product platforms. This is a paid internship position for the summer of 2023 located in either New York City or Dallas.

Professional and Technical Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of Senior Product Managers on projects and tasks including:
• Research & analysis for new feature design
• Research application of new AI tools to Trepp products and services
• Research current trends in data visualization and present results to product management team
• Evaluate external 3^rd party data sources for potential integration into Trepp products
• Establish productive relationships with internal personnel and clients.
• Assist with quantitative data projects as needed.

Personal and Practice Development

• Exhibit professional oral and written communication skills.
• Strive to take on new challenges and support departmental goals.
• Detail oriented & Self Starter

Requirements

• Candidate pursuing a graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems or Finance
• Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0).
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity when resolving issues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Superior working knowledge of Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of VBA, Python, SQL and/or other programming languages.

Salary Range:

• Starting hourly rate of $20 per hour plus over-time

Workplace Policy:

NYC, PA, TX and London office-based positions: Trepp’s offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
