Job Description

The main business

• Conducting AI research projects necessary for developing products such as video search, QA, and captioning of 12 Labs, or conducting AI research projects to solve the field of video understanding in a data-centric way
• Discuss with the team lead to determine an AI research project, and then carry out the project responsibly and proactively
• Discussion of how and how to collect and label the data needed to carry out the project.
• Regular communication and feedback between ML team members on each ongoing project within the team
• Communicate regularly with team members, including team leads, on ongoing projects and provide feedback.
• Discuss the culture and necessary environment in which the team can work most effectively.

Qualification

• Those with an NLP background who are interested in Video Understanding and Multimodal AI systems.
• Those who have research experiences and interests in Video Understanding, Language Modeling, Vision + X, Open-domain QA, Generative Model, Video Representation Learning, Action Recognition, Multimodal AI or similar fields
• Those who have more than 1 year of experience in the industry with a doctorate degree or higher in the above research field, or those who have more than 3 years of experience in the industry with a master's degree or higher
• Ability to proactively operate a given research project
• Those who carry out their duties responsibly with passion

Preferential Treatment

• Those who have published research related to video, Vision + NLP, and multimodal at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAAI, NAACL, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, KDD, SIGGRAPH, etc.) 
• Those who have top records in international conference challenges, Kaggle competitions, or domestic AI competitions
• Those with excellent English writing and communication skills

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Recruitment process: Document screening > Recruiter Call > 1st interview > Pre-assignment > 2nd job competency interview (On-site) > 3rd culture-fit interview (Zoom) > Final acceptance
• Working place and time: Implementation of flexible work system
