The intern in this role will work with the Senior AI Developer on data management, DNN training, performance evaluation, JIRA tickets management and tracking, vehicle testing, etc. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology within the core AI team of Stoneridge Electronics Division’s Advanced Product Development Team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform DNN model training with the support from Senior AI Developer
• Manage data collection and performance evaluation of object detection & tracking
• Root cause analysis and issue tracking
• Assist senior developer to develop counter-measures
• Experiment with software delivery and collect data for analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a B.S. degree, or higher, in computer science, electrical engineering, or aerospace engineering
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Can-do attitude
• Passion for working in the automotive industry
• Hands on experience with deep learning technology
• Strong coding skills with Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python
