About the role:
As part of our Customer Enablement team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of AI healthcare conversations that will enable our customers to Take Healthcare Off Hold™. You will partner with Customer Success and Engineering to understand customer requirements while balancing technical feasibility. The role combines healthcare operations expertise with an analytical and creative mindset.
