About the role:

As part of our Customer Enablement team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of AI healthcare conversations that will enable our customers to Take Healthcare Off Hold™. You will partner with Customer Success and Engineering to understand customer requirements while balancing technical feasibility. The role combines healthcare operations expertise with an analytical and creative mindset.

This is the right role for you if you are passionate about becoming skilled in three broad areas:

  • Technology: As part of a market-leading, AI-driven Software as a Service (SaaS) company, you’ll be working with cutting edge technology solutions. A strong interest in technology and being passionate about using it to create value for our clients and their patients is a must.
  • Healthcare: To ensure that the Infinitus digital assistant is an expert in healthcare, you must either have or be willing to be trained in healthcare business operations.
  • Conversational AI: Our digital assistant must be professional, engaging, and efficient in order to effectively navigate the complexities of a healthcare conversation. You must be interested in understanding the nuances of a conversation and what makes one effective.

What we are looking for:

  • Design, author, and build new conversations in Infinitus’ proprietary conversation builder. Ensure conversations leverage consistent brand, voice, and tone to inspire customer confidence.
  • Configure the Infinitus platform in response to requirements with a best-practices mentality. Leverage structured project delivery methodology.
  • Integrate healthcare expertise and feedback data to increase the digital assistant’s ability to be smart and automate more for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain test cases and QA evaluations. Validate new conversational UI feature integrations.
  • Develop and foster relationships across partnered teams to optimize delivery of solutions for customers.

Minimal Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of healthcare back office experience.
  • Customer obsessed, with passion for helping our clients and ultimately, their patients.
  • Great problem-solver. Ability to effectively diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently and with a team.
  • Attention to detail, with an eye for quality and excellence.
  • Clear communicator. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience addressing clients in meetings and over email.
  • Lightning-fast learner and desire for continuous learning, proactively driving initiatives for improvement.
  • Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments, prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills).
  • Education: BA/BS, with evidence of technical experience or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters in Healthcare Management/Administration
