Responsibilities

• Work towards a research/software engineering project on a day-to-day basis
• Own data collection and analysis
• Regularly communicate with your supervisor to agree on goals, next steps and so on
• Deliver an output at the end of the summer (e.g. research article, software project)

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a doctoral student (PhD) in Computer Security, Networking, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience as a researcher (academic or industry) conducting empirical quantitative research
• One or more general purpose programming languages

What to Expect

• Research interns at Coalition will be able to work remotely thus giving you the flexibility of working in an environment of your choice
• Internships are paid and full-time
• You will be paired with a mentor who will be your source of guidance and direction during your internship
• Duration: 10-14 weeks
• A research project will be decided between you and your mentor, which may involve other Coalition employees
• The ability to meet senior technical and business leaders across the company
• You will gain some exceptional experience in a fast-paced, fun and inclusive environment
