This position is for a Senior, Optical Simulation Engineer working in Magic Leap's Optical Engineering team. The role is part software engineer, applied mathematician, and physicist, in that order. The Senior Optical Simulation Engineer will be responsible for innovation and evolution of key optical component-level technology to enable the next generation of our Mixed Reality experience. The Senior Optical Simulation Engineer is expected to develop software tools that enable the design and implementation of optical components and to effectively contribute to technical deliverables in these areas to achieve aggressive goals.

$123,000 - $172,000 USD
