Crowe is looking for a Process Optimization and Robotics Manager with the drive to work in an entrepreneurial environment supporting our larger client base in the technology, media & telecommunications industry while focused on some of the longer-term project needs of our clients. This position has limited travel, with client work primarily being performed remotely.

This individual will be a leader in our Process Optimization and Robotics Consulting practice, while working alongside the client and their teams on various areas including ISO, SOC, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, ISMAP, FedRAMP, RPA Development and Process Automation for internal audit processes, security and compliance processes, financial processes, business processes, and similar engagements.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Manage the project plan with cross matrix resources and identify critical path items for compliance projects and process automation projects
  • Identify potential impacts to schedule and develop mitigation plans
  • Facilitate project meetings for gap assessments and planning the remediation timeline
  • Maintain project meeting minutes and trackers for all action items; maintain these throughout assigned projects
  • Provide weekly status reports
  • Facilitate lessons learned at project closure
  • Present pre and post compliance audit results to client leadership, including plans on how to address shortcomings.
  • Perform as a cybersecurity SME on client engagements
  • Act as an advocate for the client’s cybersecurity team to other departments
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Educate internal resources to obtain compliance process automation skillsets

Qualifications:

Educational and Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor's degree required. Major in Computer Science, MIS, Accounting, Finance, Data Science or similar preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CSSP, CISM, CEH or similar
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience driving multiple projects to completion
  • 3+ years of IT compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, or FedRAMP) and/or process automation experience
  • PMP preferred

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • Development experience in any of the following is a plus (Python, C++, JavaScript, SQL, VBA)
  • Knowledge and experience in RPA platform and process optimization and automation (Blue Prism, Ui Path, Workato or Automation Anywhere preferred)
  • Ability to build/modify Smartsheet project plans
  • Experience reporting project status and identifying risks
  • Partner with and lead others not reporting directly to you
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge in Agile Program Management – Scrum or Kanban
  • Knowledge in any of the following is a plus (SAP, Oracle and Databases such as Windows, SQL, UNIX, LINUX; Cloud, AWS, Azure)
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment either onsite or at home
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact in a team environment and foster client relationships
  • Passion, flexibility and patience to learn new things while improving processes

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,800 to $163,200.
