About this role:

Data Analytics & Reporting, Support Analyst role is responsible for using a variety of tools to provide data analysis, extracts, reports and dashboards in support of the Global Procurement organization as a member of Global Procurement Analytics (GPA) team. This position will be responsible for the following activities as assigned by the GPA Manager.

What you will do:

• Create strategic visualizations of data with minimum guidance
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases
• Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate data to the broader organization
• Management and maintenance of the global procurement eRFP system
• Data management and maintenance of the procurement spend cube and savings systems providing category-focused support
• Facilitate meetings with category managers and business stakeholders leveraging industry terminology
• SharePoint site maintenance and development

Qualifications

Who You Are

As a Data Analytics & Reporting, Support Analyst you should possess the following characteristics:

• Experience in basic analytics
• Prior experience working within a procurement function preferred
• Proven experience with detailed data analysis and an ability to quickly assess and draw conclusions from complex data sets
• a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, preferably Data Science or Data Management
• Experience utilizing ERP systems such as Oracle a plus
• Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau or similar tool
• Experience with basic programming or coding knowledge for analytical calculation development application purposes
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficient with other MS Office products, including Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with SharePoint online site updates preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
