Position Description:

You will be responsible for providing the data and analytics support for enterprise data integration tasks, including ingestion, standardization, enrichment, mastering and assembly of data products for downstream applications.

Role and Responsibilities:

• In support of the Data Strategy initiative, provide support to the metadata population/enrichment efforts to the Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog.
• Collaborates directly with cross functional stakeholders [data steward/ data engineers] to collect/validate/transform/load metadata related to data assets in various environments.
• Data extraction of metacontent from varied sources (data models, applications, excel documents, data dictionaries) through manual and system supported processes.
• Data transformation of collected metacontent to required formatting for system uploads.
• Data Entry of collected metacontent into both templates for upload and individual updates directly in the EDC.
• Develop and maintain status reporting of Contenting Population efforts for the EDC team.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 1-5 years’ experience in a data related role including experience with query, reporting, and analytical tools.
• Intermediate level of MS Excel including pivot tables.
• Experience in scripting with SQL.
• Proficiency in Data Management, Data Analytics Business Intelligence concepts.

Preferred Skills:

• Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Engineering.
• Python, SQL, Tableau, Alyterx, R.

Additional Notes:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with both business and technical users.
• Self-directed, driven, ability to function well in a remote team environment.

Skills Preferred:

• Intermediate level of MS Excel including pivot tables.
• Experience in scripting with SQL.
• Proficiency in Data Management, Data Analytics Business Intelligence concepts.

Experience Required:

• 1-5 years’ experience in a data related role including experience with query, reporting, and analytical tools.

Education Required:

• Graduate in Data Science or equivalent.
