Job Description

Sr. Data Scientist, NLP

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain NLP/NLU-based applications using Spacy, NLTK, Data Classifiers, and Deep learning Transformers.
• Develop and deploy Queue and API-based solutions for inferences at scale.
• Perform hyperparameter tuning and optimization to improve the accuracy of language models.
• Develop data processing pipelines to extract, clean, and transform large volumes of text data.
• Utilize Python multithreading, Pandas, and other libraries to scale up the data processing pipelines.
• Develop and integrate Celery-based task queues to parallelize the training and inference of language models.
• Experience with Data Drifts and Anomaly Detection in real world
• Experience with versioning, explainability, metrics for end to end deployment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Python-based NLP/NLU application development.
• Expertise in Spacy, NLTK, Data Classifiers, and Deep learning Transformers.
• Experience in hyperparameter tuning and optimization techniques for language models.
• Experience in developing data processing pipelines for large volumes of text data.
• Strong experience in Python multi-threading, Pandas, and Celery.
• Excellent understanding of deep learning principles and machine learning concepts.
• Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git, JIRA, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
