- Design, develop, modify, implement, and complete ownership & accountability for software modules.
- Determine the root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
- Mentor Software Engineers to allow for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.
- Work with the Architecture team in determining process improvements and coding best practices.
Desired skills
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of experience.
- Need to be a ninja full-stack developer with a background in LAMP or MEAN/MERN stack.
- Should have very good exposure to Agile Methodology.
