Aon is looking for Data Engineering and Data Science 2023 Summer Interns to join our team.

About the Position: Aon Intellectual Property Solutions helps clients protect and improve their most valuable asset in today’s business world—their intellectual property. Aon brings the best minds and strong analytical tools to provide a comprehensive approach to intellectual property strategy, valuation, and risk management across a client’s business.
As a Data Engineering Intern, you will work on our data pipelines and organize raw data. As a Data Science Intern, you will build statistical and machine learning models to answer sophisticated questions related to IP analysis, valuation, and risk modeling. The questions we answer range from “How many lawsuits will your company have next year?” to “Are the patents you own actually any good?”
Our larger team consists primarily of computer science, math, and physics majors and PhDs. We value a genuine work-life balance and offer excellent compensation and stability.

Applicants for this role, which is part of the Aon Summer Internship Program, should be rising seniors, graduating between December 2023 – June 2024 and have a GPA of 3.0 or above.

The target salary range for this position is $21 - $25 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
