As aSr.Product Managerat Nauto, you will report to the Director, Product Management, AI and partner closely with other product leaders, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to make our vision of making safe driving simple a reality. In this role, you will own the success of core initiatives that are critical to Nauto’s continued growth.

It is expected that you will quickly develop expert knowledge of our customers, our offerings, and the market. To accomplish this, you will have visibility across the organization and will be a key voice in one of the most exciting companies in the AI space. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about building and delivering full stack solutions for some of the largest commercial vehicle fleets to help keep their drivers safe and reduce operational costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead critical elements of our device portfolio to enable the next wave of automotive AI innovations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product requirements
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, validate product ideas, and support sales efforts.
  • Launch new internal and customer-facing features in close collaboration with Engineering and Marketing teams in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Ensure we are building globally usable, scalable products
  • Focus on KPIs and data-driven decision making
  • Communicate the benefits and champion the product throughout the organization
  • Work with partners at sensor, SoC, and other systems component companies to ensure optimal product functionality

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, Product Design, Strategy Consulting or Product Development
  • Experience with smart home, IoT, mobile, wearable or enterprise products
  • Foundational knowledge of edge vision systems
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers/ODMs and design houses
  • Experience with SoCs, neural processing units (NPUs), image sensors and interfaces (MIPI, PCI-E)
  • Ability to develop a product vision and have people be inspired by it
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort wearing multiple hats and a bias-to-action to deliver measurable results
  • Excel in supporting prospective or existing customers in partnership with Sales
  • Proven experience in delivering commercially successful software and/or IoT products
  • Have the technical knowledge to establish credibility with engineering colleagues
  • Skilled at navigating complex enterprise organizations for product purposes such as customer research, validation, etc
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research

Nice to have

  • Start-up Experience
  • Familiarity with automotive IoT, fleet management systems & practices
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python and familiarity with analytics tools such as Databricks
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.) preferred. MBA is also nice to have

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $143,000 - $197,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting
reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US, remote locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
