Job Description

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:

• Work alongside other research scientists to continually evolve AI Therapeutics’ proprietary drug prediction platform Guardian Angel
• Develop and train various deep learning architectures to predict salient biological and chemical features
• Collaborate with the team in developing proprietary datasets and algorithms
• Evaluate performance of data analysis algorithms with respect to predicting new disease treatments
• Collaborate with wet lab team to validate and refine predictions

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

• PhD in a STEM discipline, preferably with biology and/or chemistry expertise
• Demonstrated success developing and applying machine/deep learning tools to solve problems in chemistry and/or biology
• Expertise in geometric deep learning
• Ability to rapidly implement algorithms based on specifications or publications
• Fluent in Python, standard machine learning libraries and Tensorflow or PyTorch
